Our school sports and fitness programs include a variety of physical activities, sports, and games. The main goal is to help our students stay active and fit, while also developing their skills and coordination. We place a strong emphasis on sportsmanship and ensure that all students participate actively contributing to their overall physical and mental health. 

Sports and activities

  • Team sports: Lacrosse, basketball, soccer and volleyball are some of the most popular team sports we have at Empower International Academy.

Other activities: Board games, athletics, dance, table tennis.
