Expected Student Outcomes

Expected Student Outcomes
As a school, it is essential that we understand the characteristics that we want our students to exemplify by the time they leave or graduate from EIA. This gives students and staff a focus to work towards when planning every aspect of our school provision.
These outcomes look at every aspect of a student’s development holistically through a Christian lens – their spiritual, academic, physical, social and emotional growth
Our student outcomes are modeled after the growth of Jesus Christ as described in Luke 2:52 “And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and man.”
Based on this we have structured our student outcomes in the same four categories; wisdom (academic), stature (physical), favor with God (spiritual) and favor with man (social and emotional).
