Step by Step Application Process
- Complete Application Form
- Book a school tour
- Submit application documents
- Pay ApplicationFees
- Student Interview
- Notification of application results
- Pay Registration Fees
- Sign a Fees Agreement
- Complete first tuition Payment
- Complete the application form for each student, available from the school. A tour of the school and meeting with the Head of School is available on request.
- Request tour of school and meeting with Head of School (optional)
- Submit all the application documents
- Pay non-refundable application fee of 100,000ugx
- Book an appointment for your child to attend a shadowing day during which they will take a
Math/English proficiency assessment and have an interview with the Head of School
- You will receive note of acceptance if application successful.
- Pay a registration fee of 250,000ugx
- Sign a fees agreement and return it to the school.
- Complete the first tuition payment and provide proof of payment to the school.

- Medical and Physical Information Form
- Student vaccination card
- Media and release consent form
- School transcript/report card from last 2 school years
- Parent(s) and student(s) copies of IDs or passports
- 4 passport size student photos
